  • Bald Head Island is a private island accessible only by boat or ferry. Vehicles must be left behind; golf carts are provided at the property for guest use.

  • Dog friendly: A non-refundable pet fee of $250 will be added if bringing one dog; $350 for two dogs.
  • Maximum occupancy: 8 guests. Children under two years old in a crib are not counted towards the occupancy limit.
  • Minimum age of primary renter: 25 years. The booking tenant must occupy the property for the entire stay.
  • No events or parties allowed. Management reserves the right to evict tenants and guests without refund if a party/event takes place. A $500 charge applies if a party is determined to have occurred.
  • No uninvited guests are permitted without prior permission.

  • Applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee are included in each reservation.
